NEW COVID OPERATING PROCEDURES
Dear Friends,
We have now moved into Level 2 of the Covid-19 Alert level system. This means that you are now allowed into our store and we can make your wine again! Here is a list of our updated procedures for Alert Level 2.
Effective immediately:
- You can now enter our store if you're wearing a mask.
- Physical distancing is required. Please keep at least 6 feet distance (approximately 2 arm lengths) from other people.
- We have been ordered to operate at 50% capacity, so you may have to wait in line.
- We are now able to make your wine. We recommend that you call to make an appointment to prevent delays.
As well as in-store shopping we also offer delivery and curbside pickup.
How To Request Curbside Pickup.
- Phone in your order and give us your credit card information for processing. We can also accept e-transfer (PayPal is also available at our St. John's location).
- You will then be given a time when your order will be ready for pickup.
- When you arrive at our store, please call us and we'll deliver your order to the curbside for pickup.

Shop from home and have your items delivered to your door or you can choose curbside pickup. Online ordering is available at our St. John's location only.

How we're making our workplace safe for you and our people.
- We start work an hour early to thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces.
- If any employee has cold symptoms, a cough or is generally not feeling well they are not permitted to work.
- We have reduced the number of employees working at the same time so as to maintain personal distancing.
- We also ask our employees to practice social distancing and personal hygiene as recommended by health professionals when they are away from our workplace.
- Our employees have personalized phones for taking orders.
- We engage in frequent hand washing and other preventive measures as recommended by health professionals.
